In the 1860s, Charles H. Ankeny and Theodore W. Seib were active in Richmond, Indiana. Successors to C.A. Dickinson, succeeded by C.H. Ankeny (c.1870). They were jewelers, watchmakers, opticians and retail silversmiths. Ankeny was primarily a retailer after relocating to Lafayette, Indiana.
